Hey, I have been living here for some years now, and the new manager Daniella has been doing a fantastic job. She very nice, mostly important understanding and is always willing to help out. I would recommend this place, it has major improvements but it’s been for the best. The staff as well very nice.

I live here and I love it .. it’s a decent and calm apartment complex . They always have events for the residents, the community and the kids , and the manager Daniella is really nice ❤️ she’s very understanding .. they will work with you and talk with you .... (unlike other apartments 😒) I love it here my kids love it here we have been here almost a whole year (definitely renewing ) and we have never had a problem with anyone ..... the complex is clean and has a playground for the kids and a huge pool section ... at night ... read more
I love them !! They are helpful as well they make living soo comfortable. I’m thankful for all you guys do for your residence and the community the raffles the parties you guys throw for events I was actually able to meet some other nice people who stay around me and my kids enjoy playing in such a safe environment. Keep up the good work!
I Highly Recommend Fall Lake Apartments not only because of the peaceful beautiful environment but the Management staff is superb. I would like to recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet, small, unique community. As we are neighborly here come join us if you feel you can asset what we are striving to do produce a great community we can all call home.
We've been here almost 2 yrs. the management has changed quite a bit but all for the best. the new management has improved and upgrade the apt complex a whole lot this past year. the staff is super nice and the new manager is very professional. She keeps everyone posted of up to date happenings with daily text and reminders. Can't wait to see what she has planned for the new year!!
