Very helpful and informative after my fathers death with what needs to be done and best path forward.
I paid $50 to have a will relooked by Chrispell & Associates. Do to the fact I did not think F*c*ER law did it right and I was right it was not done right. The quit claim deed he set up for home to be sold for $1 would have made it so 100% of home goes to my older brother and not cut up 4ways also he never did say in will that when home is sold it to be cut up 4ways. He lift out info that was needed.
