I made an appointment for my ten year old son to help deal with some behavioral issues that have surfaced and needed some wise counsel to come up with new means of encouragement/discipline. First of all the office was inside a law office with no signs saying a doctor was inside. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Does this provider have helpful information available online? Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
