Falcone Volkswagen Subaru and Saab provided me with a great car buying experience. This place has got to be one of the worst places I have ever had to deal with. The service is not even close to what it should be. Seriously, it's like dealing with children who all say IT WASNT ME! It truly amazes me how this place stays in business because it is CLEAR that they have no intention of taking care of the customer nor do they care to. Never coming back to this place.
