I’ve been a tenant here for a little over a year and let me say this is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. Pros •Maintenance is reliable and gets things done quickly •in unit washer /dryers •affordable •spacious units Cons •Leasing management communication is awful •They have a cleaning crew yet somehow it’s always dirty •The leasing manager has had 4 different leasing assistants since I’ve lived here being that no one could tolerate her bad attitude, power trip issues and inconsistency to do her job •They will charge y... read more
Maintenance came quickly at 9:00am after I submitted my request for my AC. Quinn brought me a temporary portable AC unit as Paul was already working on another AC issue. He did come and access my issue and was efficient in fixing the problem of the AC not blowing cool. It did not take that long to fix, but I was extremely grateful as that day was going to be a scorcher. Thank you so much to our Maintenance team Quinn (hope I'm spelling it correctly, lol) and Paul.
