I live in Falcon Heights Senior Housing. I created a negative review of the management. There is no website for our apartments for reviews. If you are thinking of living here ask Management for all reviews in the past two years.

If half a star were an option, I would give it. My experience with management has been extremely unprofessional. I received lease violation notices for things I did not do, including a noise complaint involving my children while my family and I were out of state. I’ve also experienced cockroach problems, poor maintenance, and parking towing issues despite paying for underground parking. Overall communication and complaint handling need major improvement. Based on my experience,I would not recommend living here.

Management here is honestly a nightmare. Toshia is extremely rude and has yelled at residents for asking questions or requesting things she’s responsible for. She has also called the police on residents over arguments that never should have gotten that far. Even her own office assistant has expressed concerns to residents about Toshia’s behavior, which says a lot. If there were a way to give a negative rating, I would. My experience at this property has been extremely disappointing. The property manager appears to abuse her position and consistently treats certain residents with disrespect. I experienced what I perceived as passive-aggressive discriminatory behavior, along with an unprofessional attitude, a short temper, and a complete lack of respect. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This apartment has so much potential. The community is nice, the neighbors are friendly, and the location is convenient. Unfortunately, the management completely ruined my experience. I ended up breaking my lease and moving out after only 3 months because of the apartment manager, Toshia.
