The guys I would not recommend this apartment. Because somebody named Tasha is so rude and they don't fix their problems. They have rats all over the building and there was just a gun shooting so Please don't pick this house running so far that you'll die.
They have a very very bad mice issue management is very rude and the maintenance and management will enter your apartment without your consent and I’ve been having really bad plumbing issues and they have no fixed it still and my windows won’t open and they still won’t tend to it…. This has been on going for months now …. Just very disappointed by their service….. I definitely give this place a 1 star and I’m a maintenance technician myself and I know personally they are not doing things by the books by far
The apartment looked nice upon move in only to realize it was falling apart shortly after! My dishwasher leaks water all over the floor, one of my showers have only worked about 10% of the entire year I’ve lived here, there was water leaking into my apartment from another apartment and maintenance doesn’t seem to know how to fix the issue. They come, they leave saying it’s fixed and then these things continue to break. I’ve had several mice and have to keep putting down traps.
