Deedee truly saved my hair. I first walked into The Lotus Chair in December 2025 completely by chance. I had stopped in to ask about a manicure and pedicure, and while I was there, I started talking with Deedee about my hair. It had been severely damaged, over-processed, and turned an unnatural yellow after a service at another salon. Poor quality service. I got a blowout and left with my hair still wet, frizzy, and extremely damp. The stylist didn’t properly dry or lift the roots. On top of that, I was there with my two daughters and they were treated poorly by the nail technician, who was extremely rude, telling my kids to sit down and not touch anything, as if they were causing trouble. They were sitting quietly the whole time. What bothered me most was her speaking directly to my children like that while I was standing right there. Terrible experience... read more
