Too notch nursing staff that genuinely care about their patients. When I’m there as a patient I’m treated like family.
One of the worst health systems I have ever visited. Poor service in some depts. leaking windows in one building. Broken equipment and just outdated buildings. It's time for this health system to get with the times and update some stuff. Behavioral Health is the worst of the clinics in the hospital system they never return calls.
By lowering the amounts they charge. They charge so much because basically a good share of their workers (i.e. doctors, administrators, nurses, etc, etc) are way overpaid and for the most part do an average (at best) job. Where else in any other occupation can a business do such a terrible job and be allowed to charge such ridiculous prices...must be why the medical community lobbies are corrupt politicians. If the average person charged these amounts they would be in jail for theft of services
Today my husband went to his nephrostomy tube appointment. The nurses were so great with him and Dr. Klayman treated us both with some much respect and kindness. Thank you Dr. Klayman for helping me get Sam to our car. You're awesome!!
Worst experience of my life!
I had an issue with my ear. I went to the ER at Arnot Ogden. The ER was clean, the staff was very pleasant, and I got in quickly. I had to ask for an extra bill for my reimbursement, and the billing staff was exceptionally friendly.
I just finished a planned admission through the ER and then to unit 3C for migraine treatment. Everyone I came in contact with was amazing and my needs were attended to quickly and efficiently. While there, I met with several doctors and nurses and everyone treated me like I was their only patient. Even environmental and dietary services asked if I was comfortable or if there was anything I needed. Highly impressed with everyone!!!
