RecommendedI was very pleased with my care when I was in recently for surgery and had an overnight stay. Staff were so kind and knowledgeable in the Day Surgery Unit and Recovery Room. Had a very attentive male nurse for my post op night on 4D . And of course my surgeons !! Dr Dawn Heil and Dr Mark Anthony ! Your combined expertise made for a hugely successful procedure and I sure appreciate both of you !
Want to thank all my fellow Healthcare workers and ancillary staff..( EVS, dietary etc) for the terrific care I recently received. As a fellow employee at Arnot Health.. you all are terrific and caring!!! Knowing the realities .. you ALL should be proud in what you do everyday!!! Excellent training today in CPR
Extremely professional yet caring and concerned staff in all areas.
Slept okay at hospital. Just to get this appointment I first needed a Covid test. They gave me a couple days notice to get it. I told the sleep clinic I work at 7am in Ithaca and dont get home till 700pm 6 days a week on average. I said, "if you gave me ample notice I could arrange to be tested but cant just stop working to do it on a minute notice." Their response: "That's not our problem." The drs and nurses were very understanding and helpful to me
if your not letting visitors in the least you. could do is let family in on results, instead of letting them worry. very piss poor communication and half of the staff dont have a clue
