I feel very compelled to write this review as FF completely missed an opportunity to diagnose an issue with my dog that has left her now with ongoing issues. Ongoing issues where I now go see another Dr. every single day in hopes we can turn this around. Not to mention I’ve been taking Roxy to FF for 6 years. RecommendedFaithful Friends was recommended to me when, Bugs, The DIVA Dog, became partially paralyzed with an FCE. I was new to NW Ark. and the busy staff at Faithful Friends took the time to make phone calls and set up appointments for me to get her to a specialist that could do an MRI the same day she became paralyzed. I've never experienced a group people who worked so hard to help me help my dog.
