The professionalism and genuine love for my fur babies is amazing. Our animals are always well cared for and have always had a great experience. We have been going there for over 10 years and would never consider going anywhere else.
The vets and tech staff are knowledgeable, professional, and full of heart. My animals love them and never shake or show distress going or coming home after a stay. When we put my 17yr old lab down the vet and tech had tears with us and stayed after hours because they loved Hunter too.
They are so friendly there and they really care about our pets. Even through the whole COVID crisis they have made it as personal as possible for each dog we have. They work so hard. It doesn’t matter if it’s a veterinarian, a vet tech or receptionist - they are there for you. We have been going (taking the ‘kids’ there) since 2008.
We bring Faith to day care and find the staff to be very caring and nice at drop off and pick up. She loves going to play with the other large dogs and if there's any vet related issue, they are quick to have her checked and we are given a thorough report.
Our Lulu puppy accidentally chewed a pain pill! We were so scared! Faithful friends said to bring her right in. We did and they took her immediately. Kept her all day to monitor her vital signs and give her charcoal to help with digestion of the med. Lulu did great. It was very comforting to know all I had to do was call them for help. We have been going to Faithful Friends for 14 years! We really appreciate the care they give to our pets, from front desk scheduling, vet visits, kenneling, and grooming!! ❤️🐾🐶
We absolutely love this clinic for our Abbey! Everyone who works here is caring and very professional… It’s obvious they love animals!
I cannot say enough good about Dr. Michelle Belviy, all the other physicians, and the incredible staff at Faithful Friends Animal Clinic! I have a ragtag pack of dogs that the entire staff at Faithful Friends is able to work with - despite my dogs’ fears, quirks and special needs. Barb, one of the clinic nurses, has created a special bond with my difficult dog, Autumn, who is a red heeler and overly protective of me and difficult for others to work with.
