This is a wonderful place to get your vehicles fixed. We have gone here ever since they have opened. They are so honest, caring and friendly. I tell everyone to go here for all their auto needs.
$750.00 TO TELL ME MY MOTOR WAS JUNK LEFT MY TRUCK IN THE PARKING LOT UNLOCKED TOLD ME $14000.00 FOR NEW MOTOR,THE DEALER WILL DO FOR$8000.00 EVERYTHING IN MY TRUCK WAS RUMMAGED AROUND IN ,NOT HAPPY TOLD HER I WASN'T HAPPY SHE DIDN'T CARE NEVER AGAIN
When they first opened , it was affordable, friendly and quality service. Now it isn't any less expensive than other repair shops. The office staff argue with you and act like we bother them every time we call. The quality of work has diminished, thought it was a coincidence the first few times. But after the sixth incident, it is just obvious that the quality has gone bad. We were going on a family vacation and worried if our old van would make it. We brought it to Faithful and they were incredible! They were honest, affordable, and kept us informed all the way through the repairs. Thank you again Faithful. We are also huge fans of the sign out front. We look forward to it everytime we drive by.
