RecommendedI took my F250 here after it just stopped running, From the time it was dropped off till I picked it back up they communicated everything, they were fast and friendly, pricing was wonderful. I highly recommend faithful to anybody that wants an honest shop to get their vehicle fixed at. also if you're reading reviews to see if you should go here they have an app where they do a full vehicle inspection and send you a detailed report with pictures it's absolutely wonderful you won't find a better repair shop in our area
I broke down AFTER 5 p.m. one day, right in front of Faithful Auto & Truck Repair on my way home from buying the very vehicle I was driving. not only did they come out and make sure I was all good, they stayed and basically diagnosed the issue. It didnt take them long to get my car fixed AND they gave me a FREE loaner car to drive while my vehicle was being repaired. Complete waste of time. Staff is so unprofessional. They had my vehicle all day for an alignment, did an inspection instead, found thousands of dollars in repairs and texted my house phone to let me know. No one ever called to let me know what was going on and when I called the phone was passed around three times to let me know they texted me and hadn't done my alignment because they found other problems. I should have been called. NOT texted. Would never take my vehicle there again.

I apologize for your inconvenience. It is our policy to inspect the vehicle first just for this reason. If an alignment would have been performed without finding the rotted sub-frame then that puts your safety at risk. I also apologize for the mix up with the phone number. We have the ability to text pictures right to your phone and that is what we were trying to do. Again we are sorry for the inconvenience.
this place is crooks!!!! i brought my 95 chevy 1500 into to have the windshield replaced from them putting a big chip in it. worst part is they didn't even tell me i had to call and ask why there was one! i do give them credit for fixing the windshield and replacing it. they were also going to check the check engine light out. they told me it was a knock sensor and had to be further inspected to determine which sensor it was as there's two knock sensors on this model. wich i was fine with. today they call me telling my it wa... read more
First went here in the summer and again recently to get some other major repairs done. They were very thorough and clear in all communication.The use of a rental made it so we didn't have to miss work. The staff is always pleasant. Our car runs better than when we bought it. Great work!

Recently had my Jeep in at Faithful. I’ve never taken a vehicle in for repairs, boy am I glad I did this time. They saved me so much time and obvious frustrations. I am greatly appreciative for their hard work!
