Stopping in North Branch, about 50 miles from home, headed to Pinconning, I got out to find my break burning up, the caliper was burning. Close to "Faithful", took my Nitro there. They were so honest and professional. They had me back on the road fast. They could have charged me triple by replacing parts I didn't need, but they didn't. Thank you Faithful !!!
I was referred here by one of my co-workers and have to say I was so impressed by my whole experience. From the front office people, to the mechanics, to the service! Absolutely Amazing Place, Amazing people and Fantastic work! :-)
Love this place took my 2014 dodge caravan there they fixed my radiator fan, transmission gasket and got a nail out of my tire from my husband putting it in a ditch that weekend. The staff there are very friendly they even ask How my son was doin from after getting his tonsil and adenoids removed that day
I think I have good friends that work there and I get to visit them a lot ! So this place is good 😊 Oh yeah I don't drive and people drive me everywhere so I can visit people
I went to their women's car clinic last night. It was great. They taught us the simple things that everyone should know. All the techs were friendly and answered our questions in a way someone without car experience would understand. I would recommend that if u have young drivers they attend their next one.
I have to say this is the best place to take your vehicle. Extremely clean, professional, and great customer service! Took my Escape in Thursday afternoon for them to look at my transmission. They told me how much it would be to diagnose it, I agreed to it. Then they said they will let me know when it was done. Friday afternoon they let me know by text it was done. Worked on my store delivery truck and warranted the job and was honest when the part turned up as defective. Awesome service ethics and they all get great deals in my store!
I had the pleasure of taking my car to Faithful Auto to have some tires put on. Everyone there is so nice! They do an inspection to let you know things that you should take care of but they don't try to talk you into all kinds of expensive stuff like some other places do. And Dawn makes you feel like her friend. Best experience ever! I will be recommending Faithful to everyone.
