If I could leave negative stars I would. Back in 2017 they sent me home with a zpack and told me I had pneumonia a day later I went into another ER and found out I had fluid on the heart that required emergency surgery and no pneumonia. Today a family member who was in the area had an emergent issue with lots of blood coming from where it shouldn’t that needed to be addressed including feeling lightheaded and nauseous due to blood loss and they might as well have went to urgent care. Dr. And nurses and front desk were all very helpful and efficient. I really appreciated their concern.
Awful experience every time. Starts when you walk in the door with the people who work at the front desk. Not the main receptionists but the lady that verifies insurance etc rolled her eyes at me when I told her I didn’t bring anything to pay with since it’s usually billed out. Doctors and nurses are dismissive. Apart from not really looking into everything well nurse once asked me if I was sure if I didn’t do drugs after I stated already that I hadn’t.
