Had the worse experience here with my little one recently, came in for a nasty fall was greated with nasty looks by receptionists like we were an inconvenience to them. When the Doctor did come in didn’t offer any concussion tests, or X-rays, NOTHING! instead he looked her over and determined her condition without X-rays, gave her Tylenol and sent us home. I went into the ER last night after a surgery I just had a week prior with shortness of breath, it was hard for me to even walk without feeling exhausted. Check in was fine they have a younger gal that was polite and professional but as soon as the nurse came back to grab me she had a stank face! Didn’t wait up for me to even catch up to her to get to my room. We had the unfortunate experience of Dr Markland on duty at the ER. He is rude and has horrible bedside manner. If this is how he treats his family I feel sorry for them. The condescending tone he gave my loved one was unacceptable. He is inconvenienced and he makes it show. He is a doing a disservice to the patients at Faith Health. He could benefit to learn some compassion.

Attentive/caring nurses. Very impressed with this facility. Not one bad thing to say. Covered all critical areas in a timely manner. From check in to check out felt like I was in good hands. Thank you

Front desk ladies were unprofessional and rude. As an already embarrassed 18 year old that needed help where to go and was in pain, to be told “well I can’t make that decision for you” when I was asking a question and to be laughed at because I was confused was extremely embarrassing and upsetting.
