It is honestly so scary that we can't even go to the ER to get the right help. Didn't want to come here but it was on a Sunday so I had no choice, I got misdiagnosed by Dr. Andrew Linus, DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR. He barely talked about my injury and sent me my way with a fractured finger without telling me it was actually fractured. This hospital is pathetic, they don't care about your care. Highly suggest go to Omaha hospitals or Urgent care here in town. Don't waste your time coming here.

I still yet have had a good experience at the ER in Norfolk (been here since 2011), this last visit really upset me, you guys really need to get staff in here that care and actually want to do their job, this visit with my daughter was very uncalled for, mind you ER visits usually take two hours sometimes and we were there for 15 minutes, daughter had 102 temp, hasn’t ate nor drank anything in 24 hours, so I took her in, two nurses at the beginning were very nice, doctor Jeremiah said there was nothing wrong with her after b... read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Had to take husband in for stitches on finger. Admissions was rude and acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. Nurse finally came to get him and we went to two different rooms which were both occupied. He told the nurse we were leaving and she provided the necessary forms to sign to leave. After driving to Wayne (Providence ER), we were met by caring and respectful staff who had him in and out in less than 45 minutes. If I could leave negative stars I would. Back in 2017 they sent me home with a zpack and told me I had pneumonia a day later I went into another ER and found out I had fluid on the heart that required emergency surgery and no pneumonia. Today a family member who was in the area had an emergent issue with lots of blood coming from where it shouldn’t that needed to be addressed including feeling lightheaded and nauseous due to blood loss and they might as well have went to urgent care.
