I visited today feeling a little nervous—this was the first time in 19 years that I had my hair professionally cut (aside from the time I impulsively took scissors to it a couple of months ago). I am very disappointed with the health of my hair after getting highlights. I essentially paid almost $400 for hair that was bleached beyond what it could handle, just for it to be dyed completely dark brown in error once the toner/gloss was put in which was not the desired look. Jarely was more than kind to fix the error, and I really appreciated that she made the time and effort in her scheduling to get me in so quickly to fix my hair. Amazing place for curly hair! Jelly is our stylist for daughter and son. Styling their hair is so much easier as she educated us on how to style their curls. Haircuts were great as well!
