my experience with my technician,Tony was outstanding. I had been without water 11 days due to improper repair. Tony was very knowledgeable and was able to repair the damage that had been done From previous plumber and restore my water. Thank you Tony and faison plumbing for being able to get to me the same day I called. Faison will be my go-to plumber hopefully for life. My contract with American home shield is over. They did not fulfill their duties with me.
HIGHLY recommend Faison Plumbing. They are responsive, efficient, and fair. I had a horrible experience with another larger company re: the issue I was having where they diagnosed the issue incorrectly and was going to charge me an astronomical amount of money. I HIGHLY recommend Faison Plumbing Plus and will use them again in the future!!! I was having issues with a leak and a horrible smell under my kitchen sink. I spoke with a nice, professional young lady named Courtney. She was able to get me an ASAP appointment. These guys are great! We have a home based business and time is always of the essence. We have called them out on several occasions and they are always very fast to get out to us, very helpful, kind and get the job done efficiently.
