Having worked in the medical field for a few decades, I have never experienced such a violation of 1): patient/ healthcare professional relationship guidelines and Health Care District policy rights. tricked me into surgery and performed a bicep tenodesis without informing me when my bicep tendon was not the issue. I had a labral tear but it wasn't the bicep tendon that was the issue hence he scammed me and now made my shoulder worst. I totally regret going to home biggest mistake ever. Please avoid at all cost.

Terrible, he totally made my shoulder worst. Wrong diagnosis messed up surgery. I regret going to him he is total scam. He did a bicep tenodesis on me big mistake now I lost my bicep tendon in the shoulder which was normal before.
My experience with Dr. Mirza was good. He repaired a torn Bi-cep and there were no issues. This surgery was done in August of 2018. I now find out in September of 2020 that his billing department somehow screwed up and I never received an invoice for a balance due. The balance due was from services on August 2nd 2018. I was in his office at least three times after that and the last office visit was on December 20th 2018 and No one ever said a word to me about a balance due. Outstanding support for my concerns. Listened to me and spent more time than most surgeons do. He was very understanding about my specific needs as a patient and provided great detailed explanations and education material. Very aware of the different social, cultural and gender related issues that matter to patients. Very insightful and friendly. I felt very calm and comforted by his mannerism and approach. My joint replacement went very well and feel like I have a new lease on life.
Very unprofessional speaks to his assistant in room whIle ignoring his patient is in the room. Doesn't explain anything to patient and if you have questions he talks down to you the patient for questioning him. Over books and in a rush does not listen to patient concerns. Absolutely no bed side manners very rude and a waste of time avoid at all cost! I left crying at the poorest experience I have ever had.
Worst experience at Drs office he doesn't listen doesn't allow for appointment time so he doesn't listen and is argumentative if you ask questions. DO NOT GO HERE.
