I wish I could rate this a 0. Lindsey Management should be ashamed! My family moved before this place took the deep dive but even then it was BAD. #1 DO NOT EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT TO BE RETURNED. Instead expect to be charged for bogus things like acid washing the bathtub. I was contracted through Lindsey to turn apartments, I know for A FACT they do not acid wash the bathtubs. # 2 MAINTENANCE is a hassle unlike anything you could imagine. If you are considering The Fairways...don't. For the amount of money that you will be charged...don't, it's not worth it. For the headache of having to call upon maintenance services...don't, it will take MONTHS for anyone to fix anything. For the absolute train wreck that manages the place (Tasha)...don't, she is the rudest, most condescending "person" I have ever met. Lindsey Management should be ashamed!

This has got to be the worse place I have ever lived. The management is very unprofessional. She has the worse attitude ever. They try to keep your money.They never fix anything. I hate it I hate it I hate it. If they don't hurry and get Tasha out the office they will have no Tenet's
Worst place ever to live!!!! Took them forever to get a new washer and dryer and then that dryer burnt clothes. We moved then got a bill about they had to acid wash the damn tub and got charged for their cheap ass floor that was peeling! Management was awful too! Save your money and go somewhere else to live!!!
Maintenance sucks so far. Took a month to fix the washer and the dryer still hasn't been fixed. & Maintenance will CLAIM they fix stuff but don't.
