I’ve only lived here for about a month and so far it’s been very pleasant. It’s a quiet complex and really nice apartments. I went with just the two bed one bath, since it’s just me and occasionally my daughter. I have also been inside the three bedroom two bath and I wish I would have gotten the bigger apartment. The two bedroom is plenty of room for what I need, but I really like the layout of the bigger apartment especially the bigger kitchen. The Fairways at Jennings Mill is a great place to live in Athens. The location is perfect and with easy access to 316, it’s very convenient for travel and commuting. Restaurants and shopping are close by and the amenities are top notch— They even have a movie theater. Layne Piedmont, one of the managers, was able to answer all of our questions and assisted us with any needs that arose. She is responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our time here!
