Nice complex but high crime
It's changed. It's awful. There is trash everywhere. These "fees" aren't being used properly and the new trash valet is one the worst ideas ever. It smells and its embarrassing. There is literally trash bags leaking nastiness all over the walk ways outside of each apartment door. If only corporate cared.
The apartment complex is in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by tall trees. The rustic details like stone and wood add to the charm. The apartments have a creative layout, with more space than expected.
This complex is absolutely horrible & has gone downhill. It used to be a nice place, but new management is incompetent and has let the upkeep go. Ironically, they started charging extra fees each month for “community maintenance” but are clearly pocketing the cash bc the hallways are always lined with trash and the dumpsters are overfilled & no longer maintained. Try taking a walk around & you’ll see any green space is completely covered in dog feces because they don’t clean it up. It’s also no longer a safe area to live in.... read more
Horrible management. Garbage, mold and roaches are everywhere. This is not a luxury complex at all. They're difficult to work with and make the simplest of tasks and requests impossible The smell of weed is actually a nice break from the smell of rotting garbage in the walk ways. And roaches. Everywhere. It's disgusting. Disgusting!
