If I could give this apartment a 0 I would. I been here almost 2 weeks and there was a roach infestation, air conditioners was out , spiders , it is the dirtiest apartment I’ve ever rented ! Dust everywhere , crayons all over walls . I am very dissatisfied. ! I asked for another unit and they advised it would be breaking my lease and I would have to pay 3 months rent within 30 days !
This is what you can look forward to at the fairways, TRASH AND GLASS strolled on sidewalks! Called front office and Laci or whatever her name is acted as if it was NOT A CONCERN! Like “Laci”, you really need to rethink “your job”, if you don't care so much to be in the business to assist others! I cannot wait to move from here! Lazy!! Not worth a penny! This is only half the things dealt with since being here over a year now!
