I’m helping a friend clean up the mess from a recent closing they did for her.
They did a closing on a land lot I sold in mid 2023. It had a few investors. One of them was my mom who is now deceased. They made it ridiculously hard as I sold another property in the situation and the other title company it was a breeze. They made a mistake with my sister's name on a deed. I called to request that it be corrected and the receptionist named "Bri" was rude, would not allow me to speak and subsequently hung up on me. Horrible!!
