extremely frustrated with lack of communication. For 3 weeks I had been checking in to make sure we were still on track for closing on 30th of October and was told yes. For last 10 days asking for confirmation...but never recieved it. Appointment was scheduled at 10am, was told at 215pm on 29th..wasnt happening and still no idea when it will happen. Disappointed. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Lesson learned...Do business with your local lenders!!

You won't find someone that is willing to fight and work for your best interest more than Angela and her team. Like beer is a no brainier while enjoying baseball, mortgage opportunities and Fairway Independent Mortgage are a no brainier together.
We did not use Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, but the family that bought our house did. Because of the appraisal company Fairway used, our house appraised for $13k less than it should have. Another home in our neighborhood appraised full value the very same week (same floor plan, same asking price).
