Fairway reached out to me after I submitted an inquiry through Lending Tree. I told them I would be interested in getting a ballpark estimate on what kind of rate they could offer me, but did not want to go through the formal quote process. They ignored my request, completed a formal application, and preapproved me for a loan. As part of this process, they did a hard pull of my credit report. Something I did NOT authorize them to do. I have a criteria when referring business; honesty, be true to ur word, Integrity, don’t structure a loan that u wouldn’t do the same for ur mom and lastly, respect, if a client ops to move in a different direction than ur offer, respect their wishes. RecommendedLeanne was extremely helpful in getting our loan approved quickly. We were kept in the loop every step of the way by her and her team. There were no bad surprises, only positive ones-like getting us a lower interest rate than we initially spoke about! This will be the third house we bought since 2015, and although we hope this one is THE one, if it isn't, we'll be returning to Leanne for the next. Highly recommended!
Roy Burr did a terrible job! I’m self employed therefore it’s a little harder for me to get approved. Roy Burr, Isabelle Aguirre, Andy Braun are the 3 loan officers I worked with because they kept bouncing me around. Isabelle said she would help me with a 6 month plan... never heard back. They were supposed to call me on several occasions but never did or when they did it was 9 at night. absolute disaster. our buyers are using this company, they (fairway) are not communicating since appraisal was done. It has been 3 weeks and we are still waiting to see what the problem is. Supposed to close in two weeks and can not get answers. I would never use nor recommend them

Absolutely miserable to work with. I had to handhold through entire process and on day of close my paperwork was still incorrect and i could not sign the documents because of the errors. I am almost two months into this process and now am going to be cancelling my entire loan and starting over with a new lender because of this miserable experience. During the process my wife was diagnosed with a severe medical condtition. The day we closed we found a care package at house house from the Fairway Cares program filled with goodies and uplifting messages. it was a blessing to me as it showed this company does care for the people it works with.
