This was unfortunately an awful experience for me. We used Fairway out of Tennessee/Kentucky for our first home purchase and it was a nightmare. They were horrible with communication and a week before closing all of a sudden couldn’t verify my income to allow us to get the loan for our home. Telling me I was missing 4 months of income when I have never taken any time off work. Made the process super easy. Nice to have a reliable real person that you can easily talk to and remembers you. Not a 1-800 number robot. Responds quickly. t They will sell your loan off in the end, but its not that big of a deal to me.
