These people are a joke, no communication at all, found out about my interest rate when they sent it to me on a contract. Had to jump through so many hoops! Didn’t call or email me once we closed to congratulate or anything. (My last mortgage guy showed up to the closing) I received an email about a survey and I completed it, it said someone would contact me shortly but it has been 2 weeks and nothing. I would highly recommend someone else as these people are a joke and do not belong in this business.
