Tom and his team were extremely efficient and very accomodating for our lending circumstances (out-of-state). Additionally, they were very professional and ready to act on time-sensitive deadlines, while also keeping us aware of important tasks and deadlines. They were always willing to explain thing over email or the phone at a moment's notice, and were great to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home, specifically those who enjoy the higher quality interactions.
