Shymeia was both professional and personal. She made me feel like I was her only customer. She was attentive and always got right back to me when I called, texted, or emailed. She made a point of calling me first to let me know what document was being sent and why. She explained things thoroughly. I would recommend her highly!

We feel extremely lucky to have found Bob (and Michele). They have proven to be the best in the field, and understand why they came so highly recommended. Going through the loan process has always been a stressful one. Not so here. From the first time I talked with Bob, I felt completely at ease. He has a calming, friendly and caring vibe. There was no pressure during any of the process. Bob and Michele's work ethic was incredible and communication was top notch. I can't recommend them enough!!
