David was fantastic from start to finish. He answered all of our questions along the way (and as first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions). He was super responsive and everyone who we worked with on his team was great as well. He was even able to get us a 21 day closing time, which gave us an edge in this competitive market (April 2021). We highly recommend David and his team!

This was our first time buying a home so we weren't really familiar with any of the processes especially with a VA loan. We had A LOT of questions (seeing as we didn't do this with a realtor) and Ralph was always readily available to answer us and educate us every step of the way! Would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a house and mostly any active duty military members or veterans.

If I had to sum up our whole Fairway experience in one word, it would be TRUST. Sarah and her team were incredibly helpful with guiding us through our re-fi. Even though the process was more complex this time, Sarah and her knowledgeable staff kept us well informed of needs and timelines that made the process as smooth as possible.
