I worked with Mike D***** and he was very proactive and took on responsibilities outside of the scope of his duties when we realized how unorganized the seller’s attorney’s and agent were when it came to providing key information to the underwriters. He stepped in at key moments to keep things moving along. For example, the management company did not provide the RFR after multiple e-mails and calls and Mike was instrumental in finally getting the necessary paperwork to the attorney’s the night before the closing.
