Process was fairly fast and the online signing of documents made things extremely easy which saved much time. This is the second time working with Casey G*** and both times he was able to answer emails and phone calls promptly regarding information requests and overall advice and insight of how things work and what the benefits are with different refi options. Since my fiancé and I were first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what to expect from the lending process. Jeff was able to explain every aspect to us with tons of patience and knowledge, and he was always available via email and phone if we had any other questions along the way. We also decided to buy in the middle of one of the worst markets for homebuyers; Jeff was able to get us underwritten quickly so we were able to remove our financing contingency early which made our offers stronger!
