This company will ask everything! This company will ask everything about yourself, go back 15 years of your life. They'll verify with HR at the company you work at a few days before and after. I've had mortgages before and never had to go through this process. I was also asked for a lot of other redundant document throughout the refinance process. Unless you'd like to deal with paperwork and headache, I would not recommend this company.

Rest assured that we are only following the agency guidelines and we do not request information or documentation unless it is necessary for the loan. We reached out to the poster to provide additional details, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. We hope their refinance was successful, and we thank them for choosing Fairway.
Communication with the team members working on our property was awesome. We were in constant contact via phone, text and email. We never felt as if we were waiting on them to act.
