I had a few obstacles which lead me to believe I wouldn't be able to refinance and Terri was still able to get me to refinance. Terri was patient, very knowledgeable, and worked with me through the whole process explaining and sending emails on what to expect next. My loan was finally funded it was a pleasure working with her, and I will send everyone I know her way.
