Our closing delayed three times due to their lack of action. They submitted for appraisal at the last minute and failed to meet the closing date initially set. They submitted for approval from new offer one day prior to second closing date set and failed to me the new deadline. Finally for the third appointment there was no communication until 3 hours after the scheduled closing.
