Well they are ok.... , but they lock you in with escrow account for 24 months even if you have LTV 30%. Next time I will not take loan with them ! Most of the lenders will remove it with LTV 78% without time constrain. I hope this will help someone ! P.s. My broker did great !! Kudos for him !
