I have done 3 different loans with Cindy at Fairway. Cindy and her team are always on top of the situation and know exactly what needs to be done. The also know what to do to boost your credit score to get the maximum value with the loan rates. We just did a refi in 4 weeks. They are always willing to make sure you understand what you will be signing. I love the mobile signing it really makes the whole process pain and stress free.

I surveyed refinance rates and options for a couple of weeks before talking with Keith. Compared to prior mortgage loans, the service that Keith and Sara provided was essentially ideal. The initially quoted interest rate and fees never increased. Keith took the time to explain issues and tradeoffs in detail. Both Keith and Sara were quick with communication and our loan closed a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. Furthermore, there were zero errors in the documentation and paperwork. Highly recommended!
