Peggy went out of her way to process pre-approvals immediately, regardless of the time of day. There is no way that I could have been able to swoop in and put my offer down on my new house in this housing climate without such amazing response and dedication. If either her, or my realtor had not been this way I would most certainly still be shopping for a house today.

The lending process can be stressful, but working with Sam W******** and his team really helped to alleviate a lot of the stress related to the process! I can't say enough good things about my experience, the response from Sam and his team to my emails, phone call, and texts was beyond incredible! We purchased a home directly from the seller without an agent, however by working with this team we had no worries about the process and they were very good at explaining what they needed from me!
