I am happy I chose Fairway for my first ever financing of a home, and working with Olivia in Tucson has been great. My questions have been answered, usually the same day, and the whole process has been so smooth and efficient. Really good communication from everyone. As someone who hates talking on the phone, I am so impressed that we've handled almost everything via email! My friend referred me to Olivia, and I am so glad she did. I feel like I got a personal experience and that I wasn't just another commission.

Tyson was very communicative and easy to work with. He helped me on every step of the mortgage process, and his communication was always direct, informative and data-driven; he continuously demonstrated confidence, honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Aubre and her team were great, they were very communicative and I could get a response within 24 hours. I felt very safe, comfortable and well-informed throughout the home loan process. She even provide tips to help improve our credit scores to get a better rate. Would recommend her every time
