I just visited the Leawood location to have 2 pairs of my husband's glasses fixed. One just needed and nose piece and the other I had stepped on and thought they were un-fixable. Bill proved me wrong and worked his magic, I was blown away! He also did it at no charge which I was shocked by. It really made my day, thank you Bill, you're amazing! My husband has been coming to Fairway for years for his prescriptions and now I know why. Thank you again!

Been a customer for years, but my contact lens prescription was wrong after my last eye exam. I was told I would be required to pay for the eye exam again. I've already paid $590 for contacts so I think it's time to move on. We had a good 6-7 year run.
I visit here yearly and always have a great experience. The staff here are patient, knowledgeable and fully understand customer service!
