Awesome dentist - has the latest technology which is important to me as well as Lisa is a very great dental hygenist - she is patient, caring and very good especially with someone like me who has neglected their teeth in the past! Dr. Chance is the best too - I always feel very comfortable going to the dentist which I can't say I have always felt with dentists in the past!
When coming in to your office . Staff greeted us and they were very helpful. I filled out the paperwork online so all I had to do was sign them. Both Alisha and I was impressed with the service we received. I made additional appointment and was relieved that I could get in to the office within a month to get my teeth cleaned. I did notice how busy the office was. We left our last dentist due to not being able to get an appointment within 4 months and going over on her cleaning which was unacceptable. I have had extreme issues with dentist since I was little (3yrs old) to the point that I had to be knocked out totally to have work done. Starting with Dr. Hagan, then Dr. Mcneff and their staffs I have overcome the worst of my fears. I have the excellent luck to have another outstanding dentist, Dr. Chance McLemore, Dr. Valerie Trotter and their phenomenal staff!
