I have Humana gold plus and they pay for one cleaning and one filling per year. I was told I owed $123.00 dollars when I checked out. I paid the bill with my Discover card and when I got home my wife who also goes to the same location and Dentist said Humana should have paid for the visit. I called back and the issue was promptly resolved by someone who takes care of the Insurance filing. I was charged for the panoramic X-rays which Humana does not cover.
