My first time visit Everyone there I meet at my appointment was great, caring and, very helpful. I do believe I will very comfortable with my chose of making Dr. Valerie Trotter my dentist. I felt at home there.
I had an emergency and the entire work staff was fantastic! Dr Trotter was so kind and caring and I felt like I was in excellent hands with her.

Everyone is very nice and friendly - I feel very welcome when I come in to the office.Everything is explained and taken care of during my visit. The only area that would help me is visit reminders. Sometimes I receive a text message, sometimes an email - one month ahead or two weeks before and on the morning of. Since I travel I would like to be notified by text one week before my appointment to remind me and either two days or the day before if possible. Thank-you.
