Great Store and Staff! Hite Photo is the most helpful photo place I've been to. They've been around a long time and know what they are doing. Highly recommended!
"CAN DO" PHOTOS AND COPIES Hite Photo has been one of my "go to" providers for years. If I have a project in mind I know I can take it to the staff at Hite to get it done. Turnaround time is great, and staff is always helpful. I use their free software ("print wizard") for ordering prints to their store from home and love it. It uploads the photos after you place your order. Saves a ton of time. No waiting for uploads before you can get started ordering. HITE IS AWESOME - ACCEPT FOR... I just left Hite Photo, and I'm really feeling good about my experience there. I actually used to go there all the time, but I had a bad experience with TOM the owner, and haven't been back for awhile. I had a video file i needed converted to a .FLV or flash file for a web application, and had no idea how to do it. Hite Photo Studio is Awesome Hite Photo went out of their way and stayed late to finish my order. Tom Hite was especially helpfull he fixed problems with my image and delivered when no one else in town could. My client and myself were very pleased. Two thumbs up!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID Hite Photo goes down as the worst printing experience EVER. The man I initially spoke with, Tom, took about a page-and-a-half of notes delineating the specifications I had laid out for my printing: he ignored all of them. Not only that, he digitally squished my face so I looked like I gained 200 lbs in my pictures. When I complained about the resolution and saturation being poor, he got defensive and started telling me all the work it took him to make the photo (news flash; if it's wrong, i don't care!).
