I recently had an appraisal done by this company. To my surprise, this appraisal came back $40,000.00 below an appraisal done on this same property in 2012. This invalid appraisal caused me to not be able to proceed with what I needed to do, however the appraiser did not have a good explanation as to why the appraisal was so much lower.
