Honestly if it gave the option to place a review with no stars. I would! Especially when it comes to maintenence. I've been here for a good while, been asking for things to get done to my apartment for wks, months and even yrs now and things have not been completed. For pple to pay rent on time every month, there shouldn't be any reason why a tenant(s) should have to keep begging for things to get done! Not only this issue but the fact that they change staff so much is a headache. I find myself having to explain my situation... read more
I paid the deposit exactly how they asked. Showed proof that the cashier's check was cashed by them. They say they are returning the money to get the money back again. It is ON MY BILL to be paid again, and nobody will respond to me about it. I want this resolved to pay my bills, and nobody will resolve it. No responses from the office or management above. No proof. When saying they returned the money, that is admission that they cashed the check, which makes no sense at all. And, nobody will resolve this and they are trying... read more
