I lived here a couple of years ago and red headed manager was more rude than a pile of rude... I caught her coming out with maintenance guy Rocco from empty unit across from me and she was fixing her clothes back together...uhm uhm
After living here for a few months I have absolutely zero complaints. It’s very quiet and well kept. We’ve had one maintenance request and it was taken care of in a timely manner. Management is friendly and always answers a phone call or text. Couldn’t ask for better. Editing to update and change my previous 5 star review: Would no longer recommend living here. I have lived here a long time, and, unfortunately, am being chased out of my home by a neighbor's constant smoking of everything they can get their hands on (weed, cigars with weed or spices, cigarettes, possibly their shoes?). They burn (yes, burn) something and or use a sploof to try to mask the smell but it's still an acrid smell. I can't even open my doors or windows or sit on the patio because of this and have basically become a prisoner in my unit. Happens all hours of the day and night. The new manager Brianna I believe is her name has been phenomenal working with me and my family. She has been super prompt and does a good job explaining things to me when I have questions; which has been a lot (sorry lol). But overall the experience here has become a lot more positive and I appreciate the staff and the ability to perform duties well.
