The property manager here is very nice and helpful with everything I've asked or needed. Great property to rent from..
UPDATE...THIS SITUATION HAS GOTTEN WORSE. THE LAW IN SC IS VERY SPECIFIC...smoking is not allowed by any air intake (that includes doors, windows, hvac units, etc.) Smokers have to be 25-30 feet away from ANY air intake. ADDITIONALLY, our leases are very specific that we are not allowed to smoke inside our units or on our patios or the artificial grass extension (which, by the way is plastic and can catch fire). I CANNOT have my doors and windows open because of the ongoing smoking by neighbors who, apparently knowing this, ... read more
