The clinic was okay..how ever they coded my visit incorrectly and the people in billing talk in circles changing their story constantly..Tracy was extremely rude..not at all helpful...calling me a terrorist and constantly interrupting me... STAY AWAY
Went for a consultation but was weighed and vitals taken. Why? Nurse said it was procedure to do this because it was an in person consultation. Or was this another way to charge more?
It can’t just be bad luck… in the 15 months we have been going to this clinic 4 out of 5 my child’s appointments have been canceled the day of…
I’m giving a 2 star because most of the staff here is great. Today I was spoke to very rude with attitude by a nurse there. Unfortunately I did not get her name. I did call corporate to report her.
