Such an amazing facility. Dr office , pharmacy, urgent care . With an urgent care ,as well as a Pharmacy located within the facility .x rays, flu vacations. Caring friendly nurse's, as well as everyone in reception, and scheduling, i had the pleasure of talking with jessica . phenomenal physicians ,localy based. My nurse was Erin .D , my physician was Dr Myer . And such amazing help in the x ray lab . Absolutely fantastic, so highly recommended.
After enduring endless hold times, navigating a maze of computer options, and then being hung up on *multiple* times by a staff member named Mia, I'm officially done with Fairview. Unacceptable and disrespectful service.
Waste of time. Go to a different clinic. Should have listened to the reviews I read before I came.
Kristen Strong is inexperienced, insensitive, rude and cold. You didn't listen to anything I said. You are culturally incompetent and Do Not know how to handle people with mental health distress. You should stick to seeing sore throats only. No seriously.
The clinic itself, as far as “my” doctor and the nurses I have personally seen, have been great. But when doing an e-visit. The nurse who directly works at the rosemount clinic. Called initially before my e-visit, and was really rude. Asked questions that were on my file, and apart of my continued 8 years of being a patient with farview.
