Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our first night there was a nightmare. NO ONE welcomed us. The family and the patient had just had a life changing medical issue. They are short of staff and communication is poor between staff. Some staff is quite rude. My mother was here on two differant occasions for rehab. This place is terrible. This last visit in July 2012, my mother was sent to civista from this place. the nurse says that my mother was full of feces from her back to her front and suffered numerous sores from this. She said she got in this profession to help people and is sick of seeing patients that are sent from Genesis that show signs of abuse like this. She doesn't understand why they employee people with no compassion!
