Brought my family for the Mother's Day brunch on 5/11. Atmosphere and staff appearance was stylish and inviting. Had the privilege of one of the owner's waiting on us who did a great job explaining the choices, and going above and beyond to create something off menu for my 11 year old. The food was just incredible. Every bite we gushed to each other how amazing it all tasted. We are all very excited to return.
This place consistently serves up the best food I have ever had in my life. The fluke crudo with meyer lemon, toasted black rice and shiso was one of the best things I have ever eaten. The beers and cocktails are also absolutely perfect and delicious. The best thing is that everyone here seems so happy and relaxed. Nothing is forced. You will feel you have joined the "royalty" of the Titanic but with the focus on fun that the non-royals had right; it's all about sharing enjoyment with no trace of pretension.
Once again the staff at Fairsted presents us with a wonderful time on a special occasion! We thank you for your great and humble service accompanied by some great flavors with some awesome food and drink! Cheers to you all.
