This is going to be long so strap in. I initially thought FairSky was a godsend. Drew was warm and comforting, and they worked to find a clinician that fit my needs. I was matched with a therapist named Spencer. We had an initial zoom call to familiarize ourselves, and hit it off. Spencer and I both agreed we were a good fit. If I could give zero stars, I would. The treatment I received at FairSky Foundation was not only inadequate, it was harmful and worsened conditions. One of their therapists, Coletta Thomas, who also serves on their board, was later found negligent and faced multiple disciplinary actions from the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). We've had nothing but a positive experience with Spencer. I've been to many, many therapists throughout my life and she's absolutely the best one I've had so far. She's very easy going, friendly, listens to you without interrupting, not judgemental, makes very accurate conclusions based on what information she receives, (hits the nail on the head 99% of the time), never forces you to talk about anything you don't want to, and most important of all she makes you feel comfortable, I feel like I can trust her, she's understandi... read more
I would like to say that since the short time I have been a client with fairly foundation, I am coming into awareness of my strengths and they are being implemented each week in my day yo day operations of my life. My Theapist is kind, focus, enthusiasm, encouraging and professional. She is very knowledgeable of our topics, give suggestions and allows me to take my home expressing my thoughts.
