It was full of people but service was fast and the food was great.
You order all this food, 7 plates, pay extra for hot sauce, ask for sauce on side for one of them and not only do you not get the side of sauce, they don't do the extra sauce either. Customer service was horrible. With attitude the second we walked in the door. Then I called and was told I could drive back for the sauce. Ummm no! It should have been included the FIRST go around.
Ok so I've been sitting in here for 25 mins now, and I just heard the woman who took my order say "nobody ordered any chicken fingers who are they for?" I didn't hear the response but heard "no it's supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger" (my order). Not to mention I am the only person here with 3 people working. The owner should be embarrassed.
Always a pleasure to spend time with the homies and devour a plate. Delicious.
Once again extremely disappointed. Food was soggy and undercooked. Don't waste your time
Great food but horrible customer service I won't be back again. The employees are not friendly and make a point of making it known they do not want you to be there. Serious attitude change would be nice...

It is a great place to grab a bit to eat late at night. Because it's such a great place it's always busy when we stop there which says a lot. The food has been consistently great, and the menu is huge. It beats any fast food chain. If you are in Fairport and you haven't tried Fairport Hots you are missing out. The staff has always been very nice, the establishment has always been clean when we stop in, the service is fast what more can you ask for?
